Greetings to you…saved and kept by the ‘amazing’ grace of Jesus Christ – THE Risen Savior! What a beautiful morning in the Kingdom…my neighbor says…”It is a ‘peach” of a day!” This must be a day that the Lord has made for us to enjoy, so let us rejoice and be glad in it and make it a memorable day! Today I will be praying for you, asking Father to draw you close as He whispers your name and sings over you in delight…may He encourage you with a little extra strength and energy…make He bring comfort and relief to any areas that need healing…may He bring peace to your relationships…may He bless your family, friends, and loved ones!
This is Year 5782 on the Hebrew calendar…and it is significant from a prophetic point of view. I cannot begin to tell you all the opinions and insights and ideas that are being shared. However, there are few words being spoken that I find interesting and hopeful. As you may know there is a strong connection between letters and numbers and words in the Hebrew language. For instance, the number “82” can be spoken as “pey bet” and “8” indicates completeness…the person and work of the Messiah and “2” suggests that God created the world in ‘twos’ – heaven and earth, light and dark, day and night, man and woman, sun and moon. The letter bet also represents blessing…and it is when the two opposites come together that God’s blessing is fully released.
The numeric value of bet or ‘two’ suggests that there must be ‘agreement’ and there needs to be an agreement between – ‘multiplication’ and ‘division’. Now the word bet also means – home, household, shelter, temple…so there needs to be an agreement within the bet for a full release of the blessing – the bet. The challenge is for the church -the home to find unity, agreeableness so that God’s blessing will be released in it’s fullness. So, part of the message and focus in the year 5782 is to find agreement between the ‘twos’.
These thoughts are of special significance for us, of 5782 is because it runs parallel to 2021 and 2022. As you notice, there are five – twos – and five in Hebrews means completeness and grace and favor and blessing. Of interest, two sets of five make up the ten commandments…and the two sets of five – five about our relationship with God and five about our relationship with others. If we are to receive God’s full blessing there needs be agreement between our behavior to God and our behavior towards people.
Just a little something to think about…be blessed.
