A Church with a Heart for our Community

November 11th Wednesday

Greetings to you in the beautiful name of Jesus Christ – THE Risen Saviour! What a beautiful ‘Remembrance Day’  morning! I pray that as you stop @ 11:00 am for a minute of silence that you will remember the sacrifice of those who gave so much…and those who continue to give. I will be praying for you today, asking Father to bring peace to your heart…and peace in abundance, so that you can share with someone else.

Today I want to give you a few verses of Scripture and a quote or two…something to ‘remember’ on this day. First, hear the Word of God: “When I come before You, I’ll come clean, approaching your altar with songs of thanksgiving; singing aloud the songs of Your mighty miracles.” Psalm 26:6-7 TPT.

Now hear this reflection: A person who worries still thinks that in some way he/she can solve his/her own problems. Worry is the mind racing around trying to find a solution to its situation…Joyce Meyer.

Hear once more the Word of God: Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Everyone, thank God, for He is good and easy to please! Your tender love for us, Lord, continues on forever! Who could ever fully describe Your glorious miracles? Who could ever praise you enough? The happiest one on earth is the one who keeps Your Word, and clings to righteousness every moment.  Psalm 106:1-3  TPT.

Ponder this: “If” and “but” are the two most deceptive words that Satan ever plants in our minds…Joyce Meyer.

God’s Word says: “So lift your hands and give thanks to God for His marvellous kindness, and for His miracles of mercy for those He loves! Bring your praise as an offering and your thanks as a sacrifice, as you sing your story of miracles with a joyful song!  Psalm 107:21-22 TPT.

One more thought: Living conscious of His Presence with us is one of the most essential parts to this life. His Name is Emmanuel, which means God with us. The “God with us” lifestyle is one we inherited from Jesus. We must live it with the same priority of Presence to have the same impact and purpose as He did…Bill Johnson.

Ponder and be blessed!
