Greetings to you in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ – THE Risen Saviour! Wow! what a lovely sunny morning in the Kingdom! I am believing that you won’t find it too difficult to “rejoice and give Him thanks!” I trust that have a good week and are excited about the weekend…it is going to be great. Today I will be praying for you, asking Father to release a generous measure of – health, strength, and a happy heart! May He open your eyes to the beauty all around you! May He draw you to His heart so that your hunger and thirst can be tended to.
As I was driving into the office this morning, it came to my attention how much this corner of the world has changed over the past week – everything from the leaves on the trees, the wild flowers along the roadside that have simply appeared, the progress at the construction sites, the lack of jackets on the people walking on the sidewalks, and even the gasoline prices. When I arrived at the office and was checking emails…there was an email from a ministry site and there was a bold-lettered title that stated – “Change is happening!”
And I thought to myself that this is a spiritual principle that is revealed in the natural world as well as the ‘divine’ – there are not going to be changes…there are changes. I understand the principle this way: with God in control there is always more unfolding, that what I glimpse of both the natural and the divine world is always exactly enough…and yet, never enough. This might be difficult for those who say – “I don’t like change!” – but the God who says “I am God and I change not” is always doing things differently and when I question Him about that He simply smiles and directs me to realise — His ways are not my ways and His thoughts are not my thoughts…don’t try to figure Him out!
Just a little something to ponder as you “change”…like it or not! – Have a blessed weekend!
