Greetings to you in the name of “Jehovah-Jireh, our provider” and Jesus Christ – THE Risen Saviour! Another beautiful morning in the Kingdom to enjoy and give thanks for. I trust that you are getting excited about the Thanksgiving weekend – family gatherings, special foods, times of worship to offer thanks, and moments to reflect on God’s abounding goodness to you. Today I will be praying for you and me, singing to the Father – “Lord prepare me (us) to be a sanctuary-Pure and holy, tried and true-With thanksgiving I’ll (we’ll) be a living-Sanctuary for You.”
Let me share a quote: “God sometimes speaks to us by hiding truths in phrases, stories, riddles, and circumstances. The meaning is there for us to find…This unique language from God is an invitation to enter His great adventure” – Bill Johnson. With that in mind let me share a few “phrases” and Scripture references that God has “dropped” into my mind over the past few days. It could be that I am to simply share them in order that you might find God’s voice “hiding” in one.
“You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind” – Joyce Meyer. “Trust always requires unanswered questions” – Joyce Meyer. “Discretion is the ability to wait to see what unfolds, to not act. It involves humility and patience to know when to leave things alone, knowing when our interference will only complicate things. Flowing from a place of silence, stillness, and waiting – it breaks the illusion of our self-importance and omnipotence” – Peter Scazzero. “The Bible does not contain God, it reveals Him” – Bill johnson.
“God, does everything just right and on time, but people can never completely understand what He is doing.” – Ecclesiates 3:11 NCV. “This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.” – Habakkuk 2:3 NLT second edition.
“No tempest can my courage shake-My love from thee no pain can take-No fear my heart appall-And where I cannot see I’ll trusrt-For then I know thou surely must-Be still my all in all … Christ is all, yes, all in all-My Christ is all in all” – Herbert Booth and W.H. Williams. “Trusting as the moments fly-Trusting as the days go by-Trusting him whate’er befall-Trusting Jesus that is all” – Edgar Page Stiles.
May God speak to you and may He bless your day!
