Greetings to you in the”name” that secures our admittance to the throne room of heaven, Jesus Christ – THE Risen Saviour! What a lovely autumn morning in the Kingdom – cooler temperatures, lots of clouds, blue-er skies, and a little stronger breeze! Isn’t God good…I mean, really good! I trust that all is going well for you and your family – that God is truly blessing you with answered prayers, health, strength, and happy hearts. Today I will be praying for you, asking Father to meet you at the right place and the right time and with all of the right resources you need.
This has been an exciting few days – Sunday morning with the church family – they are so supportive and encouraging, Sunday evening at a ‘worship concert’ where God was certainly present, a good Monday prayer time, a hospital visit on Tuesday with a new friend that was God-orchestrated, then Wednesday noon hour … Eat/Talk/Pray and then evening ‘Connections Group’…and God was truly present in each of these gatherings.
Last night was the end of a six week look at the travels of Jesus from a Jewish perspective…and it was quite enjoyable. We visited Bethlehem, Nazareth, Capernaum, Galilee, Mount of Olives, and finally – Jerusalem. We learned so many insights about traditions and details that gave a new understanding in very simple ways. In the midst of all that was happening…God was trying to get my attention with words of prophecy and revelation. When He finally broke through He gave me a challenging message, and over the next week or so I will share what, I believe He is trying communicate.
I will give you these two phrases to ‘chew on’ – “it is time to re-calibrate your spiritual compass to focus on Jesus” and “a divine reset is coming” – the first comes from a Canadian gathering and the second comes from the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. There is one other phrase that I believe is significant – “nobody has done anything wrong”…but we need to be ready to “re-calibrate” and “reset.”
Join with me in – pondering, praying, and praising…and let God reveal things to us! Be blessed!
