A Church with a Heart for our Community

January 14th Tuesday

Greetings to you in the Name that is above all other names, the wonderful name of Jesus Christ – THE Risen Saviour! What a lovely morning in the Kingdom! Isn’t it amazing that every 24 hours God gives us a brand new morning filled, according to the Bible, with new mercies? Let us give thanks to Him and praise Him..,thoughtfully and purposefully.

I trust that you had a good weekend and Monday with tangible evidence of God’s presence in your life. Now, stop right now … what is the first thing that popped into your thinking, your memory? Next, write it down or put it on the top of your mental “to-do list”…and the first chance you get – tell someone about it. Today I will be praying for you, asking Father to reveal Himself to you in ways that you can understand and respond to…and may He release healing, hope, and peace to you.

Yesterday was our Monday prayer gathering and our attendance was down a little but God’s attendance was up! There was a prophetic word shared about God releasing his Glory in our city through those who would surrender to him and ‘carry the Glory’ into the community – to their family, to their friends, to their church.

This morning I believe God wants me to share a “word from His word” as we wander through these days: Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis. Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me. For all that  require of you will be pleasant and easy to bear.  Matthew 11:28-30 TPT.

Now, let me share a prayer: Father, fill me with your joy. I shake off worry and release my cares to you. I choose to think about your goodness and faithfulness. I choose to be thankful. Nothing is too hard for you! You can heal the pain of the past in a split second. You can download creative ideas for breakthrough and pour out wisdom without measure. Today masks a new day! From this moment forward, I will rejoice because I know my answer is on its way. – Amen.  The Divine Romance, Brian Simmons and Gretchen Rodriguez.

Have a great day…be blessed!
